Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gemcap-Components M39016/17-040P parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Joslyn-Clark products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leslie-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ishida product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Joslyn-Clark such as the KPMT12 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 05905B0X9 manufactured by Leslie-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Leslie-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P5377B by Manufacturer Ishida as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Precision-Electronics Brand PEI5025 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by General-Electric such as 12IAC77A801A equipment made by General-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire General-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "General-Electric" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 483471 made by Msa as well as the popular MS24376D1 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HiOR130L200 by Hyundai and 12IAC77A801A spares by General-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 50DP3411BXBB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Moore.
